Marandah Mangra-Dutcher

Growing up in a Midwest suburb, I was enthralled with the stories of past lives. Whether they were being told by my grandfather or a stranger at Hy-Vee, I was always hanging on to every word. My interest in these stories helped draw attention to the importance of oral histories but also the importance of writing them down so they don’t get lost in time.  My name is Marandah Mangra-Dutcher, and my passion for visual and written storytelling is centered on my belief in learning everyone’s stories.
